After ticket/s have been purchased. There are three ways to claim tickets.

On App, website or email.

App:

  1. Select my tickets tab
  2. Select today, upcoming or past

Website:

  1. Press on profile picture
  2. Select my tickets
  3. Tickets displayed on page

Email:

  1. Tickets are sent to your email after being purchased

    • Buy one or more tickets on app through bank account/card or wallet

  6. Extra:
    • Rate and review events
    • Like and comment on pictures

Payments are made from wallet to wallet:
  1. Load money from bank account/card to wallet
  2. Withdraw money from wallet and deposit back into bank account/card ( takes 3-5 working days to reflect in account)
  3. Event organizers, Vendors or any profile can pay money from wallet to wallet or pay money by Qr scan
  4. Wallet balance will always be available to see on your profile
  5. Transactions can be tracked on the transactions tab

Download Location Ticket on Google Play and App Store

  1. Sign up
  2. Log in
  3. Select the event of your choice
  4. Select buy ticket
  5. Select your payment method
  6. Tickets is saved under "my tickets" tab

* Return and Refunds policy: The provision of services by Location Ticket is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, Location Ticket will refund the client in full within 30 days. A refund transaction fee will apply at R0,50 on every cancellation.

Cancellation of orders by the client will happen:

  1. If the cancellation occurs more than 40 days prior to the event a 0% cancellation fee will apply, meaning a 100% refund will be given.
  2. If the cancellation occurs more than 30 days prior to the event a 25% cancellation fee will apply.
  3. If the cancellation occurs less than 30 days, but more than 7 days prior to the event a 50% cancellation fee will apply.
  4. If the cancellation occurs less than 7 days prior to the event a 75% cancellation fee will apply.
  5. In the event that you can provide us with documentary proof that a person in whose name a ticket was booked will not be able to attend the event because of his / her death or incapacity, we will not levy a cancellation fee in respect of that person’s ticket.

Location Ticket allows you to chat with other users and event managers. Search any profile of your choice and start chatting.

Tickets will appear under my tickets tab on the Location Ticket application, tickets are categorised according to date relevance (Today, Upcoming & Past)
  1. Click on my my tickets
  2. Select event date relevance.
  3. Select event.
  4. Click on drop down ticket category to open ticket.
  5. Ticket can be shared to other devices.
